Parking
We provide covered garage parking to our guests. Your first parking spot is complimentary. Please let us know in advance if you require parking.
Minimum Stay
The minimum stay requirement at Stamford Urby Furnished is 7 nights, however if you are within 21 days of check-in, the minimum length of stay drops, and you may book a 4 night stay.
Pets
Our units are pet friendly. We require all guests who are bringing pets to sign a pet waiver prior to arrival. Pets are subject to a $150 fee per pet, per stay.
