Sihana Bistro Brings Georgian-Mediterranean Flavor to Newark Urby

Newark Urby Sihana Bistro Bar

Sihana Bistro is now open on the ground floor of Newark Urby at 159 Washington Street. The new all-day spot brings together the creative force behind well-known Ironbound favorite, Five Corners Ristorante, into a concept offering coffee, cocktails, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Newark Sihana Dining Room

Founded by Rutgers–Newark alum Kreshnik Berisha and hospitality veteran David Khabuliani, Sihana Bistro blends Georgian and Mediterranean influences with a focus on community connection and hospitality. The team is known for their social impact work in Newark, including meal programs during the pandemic and partnerships with local cultural organizations.
